Questions about your site.

Does every organization get its own website?

Yes. Every organization gets an address such as yourclub.lineupday.com. Its homepage shows the organization’s name and published events, with a separate page for each event. This is included on Community, Club and League.

What is on an individual event page?

Each event has its own details, date, venue, ticket options and registration form. You can add event photos, FAQs, a schedule and your own registration questions. Vendor applications have a separate page when enabled.

Can I use my own domain?

Club and League support a custom domain you control. Complete the ownership verification and DNS setup to connect it. SSL is included after setup. Community includes your Lineup Day address.

Can I keep my existing company website?

Yes. You can connect a subdomain such as events.yourcompany.com while keeping your main website where it is. Your event homepage and event pages then use that connected address.

Do guests need an account to register?

Guests can register from an event page without creating an organizer account. They provide their details, pay if needed, and receive a ticket link. Your organizer dashboard stays separate from the public pages.

Will drafts appear on my organization’s homepage?

Draft events stay off the public event listing. Publish an event when it is ready to share. Earlier published events appear in a separate section on your organization’s homepage.
