Your account
Keep your login secure. You are responsible for the events you publish and for how you use attendee data.
Fees
The Community plan is free for free events. On the Club plan, a service fee of 3% + $0.50 is added to each paid ticket and paid by the attendee. Stripe's own processing terms apply to payouts.
Refunds
Organizers decide their refund policy and issue refunds from the Attendees page.
Acceptable use
Don't use Lineup Day for unlawful events, to collect data you aren't entitled to, or to send unsolicited bulk email.
