What we keep, and why.
Lineup Day runs registration for organizers. This page describes the data the service handles. It is a plain-language summary and should be reviewed by your own counsel before you rely on it.
Organizers
We store your name, email, a hashed password, your organization and its events, tickets, forms and settings.
Attendees
When someone registers, we store their name, email and the answers and files they submit on the organizer's form. Organizers can see this data for their own events and can export or email it. Attendees can ask the organizer to delete their registration.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers; we keep payment references and amounts.
Tickets, receipts, waitlist offers, password resets and messages from organizers are sent through Resend.
Cookies
We use one essential session cookie for signed-in organizers and volunteers. There is no advertising tracking.
