A name badge should be readable before someone has to ask. Use this free name tag template for meetups, conferences, workshops and volunteer teams. Add names and organizations, choose an accent color, and preview your print sheets before using any paper.
How to use the name badge maker
- Paste names or upload a CSV with a name column. A company, team or organization column is optional.
- Set your event title, subtitle, color and optional logo. Check the preview for long names.
- Choose Print / Save PDF. Use A4 paper, 100% scale, and switch off browser headers and footers before printing and cutting along the guides.

Can I upload a spreadsheet?
Export your attendee sheet as CSV, then upload it here. Quoted names with commas are supported. Use up to 500 people per batch. Your file stays in your browser.
Does this fit pre-cut adhesive labels?
The layout uses eight cut-out badges per A4 page. It is not an Avery or other adhesive-label template. Test on plain paper before using specialty stock.
Can I get a PDF without registering?
Yes. Choose Print / Save PDF, then select your browser’s Save as PDF destination. No signup, email address or payment is required.
